Each situation is unique. Our listing specialist will meet with the seller and any family members to understand their specific challenges, and make sure everyone understands the process. We also will provide a home evaluation and discuss timeframes and strategies to make the move as simple as possible.

step 2: discovery

Once a timeline is established, we provide professional help for the seller to decide what they will take with them, and what the family would like to keep. This can often be a hard process, so we strive to approach it with purpose and care.

STEP 3: Estate Sale

After personal items have been decided on, our estate sale specialists will help the seller determine which items to sell and which to donate. If necessary, we will schedule and hold an estate sale, which can often offset future expenses.

Step 4: Staging

Staging usually involves more than sellers think. It often requires variety of trade services to make necessary repairs and minor improvements that will get the home in a market-ready, “showing” condition. That's where our expertise comes into play.
